Sticky Fingers - SJSU Thesis Film (MAY 2025 - PRESENT)
As the Marketing Manager, I created a spreadsheet to track our grant applications. This streamlines our application process and allows the directors to quickly see our progress, due dates, and any other notes. I'm in charge of grant-seeking, grant writing, and updating our progress.

WORTHI Creative Production Internship (SEPT 2024 - DEC 2024)
At WORTHI, I interned with the Audience Strategy team for Max's Pa'lante social media accounts and the Creative Production team for Max's Scene in Black. I collated data, tracked project assignments, and communicated with clients on monday.com.
Friendsgiving Video for Max's Scene in Black
I wrote the video editing script/brief for Max's Scene in Black Friendsgiving video! I filtered through WORTHI's various interview clips from Culture Con and decided which videos and timestamps were most entertaining for social media. Afterwards, I wrote a script for the editors that detailed what clips, sound effects, and text to use. I had fun blending strategic thinking with creativity for this project!
SJSU's Shrunkenheadman Animation Club (MAY 2023 - MAY 2024)
This animation club has 500+ members and hosts weekly meetings, including industry guest speakers and movie nights. It felt great to uplift the animation community at SJSU! As Social Media Coordinator, I managed my own posting calendar, caption document, and task list on monday.com & Airtable. I discovered a love for all things organizational & collaborative. This position is ultimately what made me want to explore production!

Upperclassmen Student & Alumni Spotlights
As Social Media Coordinator, I aimed to strengthen alumni engagement while sharing industry advice with current students. Launching a Spotlight Series was the perfect way to achieve both. I was able to create meaningful connections and inspire the student body in an accessible format!
I selectively outreached to multiple SJSU alumni & upperclassmen, interviewed them over Zoom, collected their artwork, and designed the Spotlight graphics on Photoshop. Finally, I scheduled the posts based on metrics and invited them as Instagram Collaborators.

SHMCon Art Convention Activation: Vendor Spotlights
I coordinated the physical & digital promotion for SJSU’s SHM Con art convention of 1000+ attendees and 80+ vendors. The biggest parts to organize were the Instagram Shop Spotlight ads. I worked with the club's graphic designer to create themed assets for social media. Afterwards, I communicated with vendors to collect their graphics and captions. Finally, I scheduled them on a posting calendar and made sure to vary the types of vendors that were featured each week.
BellaCreatesArt - Custom Funko Pop Figures (JAN 2019 - PRESENT)
In January 2019, I started my own Etsy shop called BellaCreatesArt. I do art commissions and sell hand-painted Funko Pop! figures. In addition to fulfilling orders, I also manage marketing, communication, income, inventory and shipping. This experience has taught me about business and time management, because I often have to balance multiple commissions at once. My art allows me to connect and communicate with people around the world, from Europe, Africa, Australia, South America, and the US.
From March 19th to June 30, 2021, I donated 25% of profits and raised over $750 for Movement Hub’s Shared Liberation Network. This will help fund social justice organizations that work to support the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. It has been extremely gratifying to use my art as a way to raise money for a very personal cause.
